Carolyn Doi (A.V.C.M, B.Mus., MLIS) completed studies in music history from the University of Victoria before attending McGill University to complete a Master's of Library and Information Studies. She is currently the Music, Education & Art Librarian at the University of Saskatchewan and the President of the Canadian Association of Music Libraries Archives and Document Centres (CAML/ACBM). Her research is focused on special collections in music libraries, music and place, and local music collecting.
